RELAX – DETOX BLEND

  • Fennel essential oil              5 drops
  • Juniper essential oil             5 drops
  • Lavender essential oil          7 drops
  • And 15 drops Lemon essential oil.

Combine in a small dark glass bottle mix well and use in a diffuser, bath or massage oil to help your body relax and detoxify after a night of excessive indulgence. This is a good blend to use when you do not have to be anywhere the next day.

 

PERK UP & DETOX BLEND

  • Peppermint 5 drops
  • Rosemary 5 drops
  • Grapefruit 10 drops
  • Juniper 10 drops

Combine in a small dark glass bottle, mix well and use in a diffuser, bath or massage oil to help your body perk up and detoxify after a night of excessive indulgence. This is a great blend when you need to get up and head off to work the next day or if your responsibilities do not allow you to relax the following day.

 

TAKE AWAY THE WINTER BLUES BLEND

Here is a great aromatherapy recipe to help you to pep up after winter!

Lavender             7 drops

Eucalyptus          7 drops
Grapefruit            8 drops

Rosemary           3 drops

Add essential oil to 30mls of carrier oil of your choice. To feel revitalized, rub mixture all over your body after your morning shower.

 

RELAXING AROMATHERAPY BACK MASSAGE BLEND

A nice blend for a relaxing back massage is:

  • Palmarosa     7 drops
  • Sandalwood  9 drops
  • Lemon           11 drops
  • add to 30mls of a light carrier oil.

 

ANTI-STRESS BLEND

  • lemon             1ml
  • bergamot        2ml
  • Clary Sage     1ml
  • Sandalwood   1.5 ml
  • 5ml bottle

Combine all essential oils into a 5 ml bottle and diffuse wherever stress finds you, or blend into a carrier oil for a stress relieving massage or add 5-6 drops to your bath for a care lifting soak!
