SPORTS BLEND

  • Vanilla 2 drops
  • Lime oil 2 drops
  • Bergamot 4 drops
  • Hazel witch carrier oil 30ml
  • Aloe Vera liquid 30ml
  • Vitamin E 3 drops

Combine all ingredients in a 60 ml spray bottle and shake well. Use after shaving or to cool the skin after sports or on a hot summer day.

 

MUSCLE SORENESS BLEND

Did you overdo it?

  • Eucalyptus                         3 drops
  • Black Spruce                     3 drops
  • Geranium                          6 drops
  • Peppermint                        3 drops

Blend together then add to 15 ml of carrier oil of your choice. Shake well and massage deeply into sore muscles.

 

SMELLY LOCKER AROMATHERAPY BLEND

Sports lockers and lockers at school can be incredibly smelly places. Try this blend of essential oils to freshen up your locker:

  • Cinnamon 20 drops
  • Lemon 20 drops
  • Pine 20 drops
  • Eucalyptus 20 drops

Blend then add to 1 tablespoon of pure alcohol or vodka, then add 10 drops to 100 mls of water and shake well. Add blend to a spray bottle and use as a deodorizing spray.

 

PRE OR POST SPORTS AROMATHERAPY RUB SPRAY

  • Cajeput oil 5 drops
  • Camphor oil 5 drops
  • Clove oil 5 drops
  • Eucalyptus oil 6 drops
  • Peppermint oil 5 drops
  • Birch oil 6 drops
  • Aloe Vera liquid 120ml
  • Blend in a 120ml Spray bottle

Pour Aloe Vera into an empty spray bottle; add all the essential oils and seal. Shake well before each use. Spray aromatherapy sports rub on legs and arms prior to a workout and rub in to help encourage circulation to the muscles. Spray on most used muscles immediately after workout to help combat muscle cramping and pain.

 

OVERWORKED MUSCLES MASSAGE OIL

Essential oils are a great and natural fit when trying to treat sore muscles.

  • Eucalyptus oil 5 drops
  • Peppermint oil 5 drops
  • Ginger oil 5 drops

Dilute blend in 15 drops of carrier oil of your choice then massage directly into sore muscles. Repeat daily as desired.

 

ATHLETES FOOT BLEND

  • Lemon oil 1 ml
  • Lemongrass oil 1 ml
  • Basil oil 1 ml
  • Thyme oil 1/2 ml
  • Tee tree oil 5 ml

Blend in a small 5 ml bottle then shake to blend well. Then blend with Witch Hazel carrier oil(1 drop per ml of your carrier) for a foot spray, or blended into Epsom salts for a foot soak (5 drops per 1/2 cup of salts).

 

ATHLETES FOOT SPRAY

  • Witch Hazel  -50ml (in a small spray container)
  • Lemongrass oil 10 drops
  • Myrrh oil 5 drops

Mix with a Witch Hazel base and shake well. Spray directly onto the foot.
